Laid back casino with self serv drink stations around casino. They have low minimum tables at 5 dollar buy ins and lots of slots. Usually not too busy except weekends are very full because drawing events on satudays. Nice hotel, large rooms and large bathrooms. Pool is shallow.

The buffet guys and gals!!! You have to try!!! All the food was amazing! The steak the seafood! I will drive 3 hours again to eat here on my day off! The flavor was off the charts!!! Everything was clean and the food was one of the best buffets I ate at any casino or restaurant. Great food!

It has been awhile since my wife and I visited., but we enjoyed the visit. Red Hawk is our favorite now, it was nice not overly crowded and very good atmosphere for a Saturday night. Got to say I like the changes they have done, it seems for inviting. The staff were awesome and so helpful when we asked questions. I must say anyone wanting a nice Casino to play and enjoy you must visit Red Hawk.

I absolutely love this hotel & casino! It was my first time there and the experience was amazing! Delicious buffet, great casino games and beautiful rooms! My friend is a player's club VIP & this particular night they were having a VIP only buffet, it was awesome! Played slots for hours then went up to his complimentary suit which was fantastic! Highly recommend it! I'm hoping to become a VIP member myself! My new favorite place!

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at Red Hawk Casino and I want to give a big shoutout to three incredible team members who truly made my visit special. Justin, my Casino host was absolutely amazing-friendly, professional, and so efficient. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, all while greeting me with a genuine smile. You can tell he really cares about guests and takes pride in his work. Cassie at the Cashiers and Sandra at the Front Desk was just as impressive. They are welcoming, patient, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Their positive attitude and warm personality made a lasting impression. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back. Thank you, Red Hawk Casino, for having such fantastic staff who truly elevate the guest experience. Highly recommend!

Very big casino. Lots of different slot machines. Went to lunch buffet and had a lot of variety. Food was ok. Some stations were better than others ! IMO Games were a little tight at least the ones I played

This is a very nice hotel and given the location, I am surprised more people don't stay here when traveling to or from the Sierra. Parking is free, and they do have free valet as well. The front desk crew were super nice and helpful. When we were staying here there was a road closure due to snow storms, so people were scrambling to get rooms for the night. We already had reservations, and didn't have to worry. They gave us a fantastic room on the 6th floor number 607 (yes, laugh at the "6-7" joke). It was large with a king bed and a great view of the valley. All rooms are non smoking which is good as the casino is not. Rooms are reasonably priced during the week, but I feel they are overpriced on the weekends.

Red Hawk hits all the marks! Standard machines' lower limit is much more reasonable than anything else around, and while its not really a HUGE casino, there are still 2 floors, smoking/non-smoking, KENO+VP sections, tables, a lively enviornment at times and a lax one at others. Ill even come here to do laptop work sometimes, when its not a Friday night or something. My only knocks on them are that, at times the luck seems manufactured and weirdly high or low for most people on the floor....thats frustrating and they Are tribal, so who knows there...and the other is the lack of outlets or charging options ANYWHERE, except the hallway to the hotel. SO YOU MUST BRING A POWER BANK Hotel itself is....not bad, very clean but minimal in my mind given the standard many casinos set with rooms. Its still nice though.great pool + spa, great food options, especially the buffet. Other mentions are phenomenal free transportation to and from other normal casinos and the bay area, and absolutely awesome customer-facing staff...seriously, great experiences all around with that portion. Also to be noted is this is only accessible by car or their shuttle service as it is directly on a freeway offramp dedicated to it. Final thought- redhawk is the casino in the area that, on the first visit - may not be your favorite because its not quite as flashy as some others, but you'll have a great time still. And then after you have seen the other options, and come back, you'll stick with it because literally every other facet is superior to anything else around. Apex too....forgot about apex....cool little area with the sickest go-kart track in the world, and great bowling, but an underwhelming arcade. Not much else to say there. Do the go karts at least once. Its expensive but worth it to be on that track
